That is unfortunate, I didn’t know about the ticket system working that way. However, I promise there is no reply from Richard in my emails and if his reply is indeed on my account, please direct me to where. I have looked as thoroughly as I can and have yet to fnd it, but I can guarantee it’s not in my email. My email isn’t incorrect, misspelled, and I don’t have an alternate email set up with Avast. I just want to find this reply.
