Avast Refund ticket ignored for 13 days already

I requested a refund because I didn’t authorize the autorenewal and didn’t give avast my new credit card information so I was surprised when I saw the charge. It autorenewed on June 7 and I submitted a ticket on June 12 and I have yet to receive a response and would like to know if it’s being looked at or if I need to go talk to my bank about this.

Same boat here, I’ve been waiting for 20 days. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
