hello all,
sent ticket for refund on sunday, may 10. process completed today with refund posted back to paypal account.
now that is what i call service. way to go avast!!! keep it up.
just thought some would like to hear this, as normally all you get are complaints.

Always nice to hear that someone is happy/pleased.
It seems that complaining is easier for many people than to say something wend correct.

I was refunded through PayPal as I don’t want to use avast anymore as my subscription was due on the same day after I was refunded they took the money back again directly out of my bank account basically rip off merchants and I will spread the word

you should have disabled the auto-renewal.
Not using avast anymore is not the same as stopping the subscription.
