Avast Remote Assistance

Hello,

the Avast remote assistance does not work (see image attached). The server is reachable via ping. Avast Version: Avast Endpoint Protection Suite 8.0.1490. There is no software firewall installed.

I read that already - there is no solution anyway. I nerver got this working (tryed several times from day to day) and ii am not sure if this feature is included in the Business Version or not.
