Hi, i’m using avast! Pro Antivirus, licensed for 2 years, but i just trying to click (Renew Now) button, under Subscription Tab … it loads another window ( Retrieving information, Please wait… ) it worked for 2 hours without any other action before i close it … i think it not works …

Why would you want to click the renew now button if you have a license for 2 years ?
Aside from the obvious you appear to be having a problem connecting to the server (wherever).
Surely you shouldn’t need to do anything as a) it says the subscription is active and b) shows that the license is valid until 12th January 2012.
i have the same problem, the small window comes up saying retrieving information, then nothing happens :S

I assume you are using the avast free version ?
