Avast report my legit app as trojan....

One of our company app myTV
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.quickplay.tvbmytv&hl=zh_HK is reported by Avast! that it is a trojan app (FakeInst-AKR) from 26th March 2015. It really affect our customers and it impact our company’s image. Many user start complaining our app now.

I’m sure we have not put any trojan/backdoor in the app so as to send expensive SMS as state as the trojan definition. As a result we cannot make any conclusion that why we’re classified as a trojan app. We’ve also make a test at virus total and there is nothing special from the report

We’ve reported the issue to http://www.avast.com/contact-form.php but I cannot upload the apk for reference. Besides waiting reply from http://www.avast.com/contact-form.php, what things could we do as we need to resolve the issue asap in order to reduce the impact from the public as it is one of the popular app in our country. Many thanks for that.

Upload and test file here www.virustotal.com if tested before, click rescan for a fresh result

False positives can be reported here https://support.avast.com > avast virus lab
you may need to zip it before upload

You sure can send the application to avast :
https://www.avast.com/contact-form.php?subject=VIRUS-FILE

After doing so, you just need to have patience.
avast will look at it and if needed change things.

As the apk is already compressed format, the file size will not reduce even if I zip it.
Anyway As virustotal.com will dispose all the link that we connect in the report, I rather copy and paste the result for reference.
