Avast reported "lower price found" but not the right item

How do I report incorrect find or connection? I was looking at SCART adapter on eBay and when I came to this listing # 232119176527 (US eBay, not sure if it’d show up on international eBay), Avast claimed Walmart had one for lower price and when I checked, it lead me to https://www.walmart.com/ip/2pcs-Replacement-TV-PAL-Female-to-RCA-Male-CATV-Antenna-Adapter-Connector/47609757?

But it’s not even the same item and won’t do the same thing. I couldn’t find an option to report “bad item connection” or “wrong item”? Or if Avast is doing by keyword search, how about exclusion list? SCART is rarely used in USA and any possible hit containing keyword SCART (and other keywords) shouldn’t trigger false deal.
