Avast reports a txt contains virus

I ran a full scan to my computer and Avast report a .txt contains JS:Nimda-B[Trj], I checked it, found this is a book about virus history. lucky I’ve never read it.
I opened .txt but Avast didn’t give me a warning. I noticed there was a blank paragraph in text, may a piece of code? but Notepad could not display it.
Is there something truely in this .txt? I attached it to the topic
