Avast rescue pin isn't working

When is changed to a new service provider my phone (samsung galaxy s advance GT-I9070) was blocked because of the new simcard.

I forgot my pin for avast anti theft and my phone was not registered on my avast account. (know it’s stupid)

When i asked for a rescue pin sent to my 1st friend recieved a pincode but it didn’t work.

I still have the locking screen.

Anybody know a solution for this problem?

I have been searching the internet for more than a week, read the manual and many more about this problem

Its not possible to uninstall anti theft, because at start-up the phone ask for the pincode, rescue pincode from avast doesn’t work. stil get the startup screen to submit the pincode, so i can’t even acces my phone.

1 I cannot open google play to reinstall anti-theft.
2 I cannot get to the application menu
3 I cannot reset the pincode trough my.avast account.website

I ask how it is possible that the rescue pincode didn’t work and if someone has a solution for this problem.

What is the status of the device in my.avast.com?
Does it say stolen?
