Avast reseller issues

We have been trying to get a hold of anybody at the Avast Reseller branch and have been unsuccessful at best.
We were affiliated with Avast via Digital River prior to the CJ enhancement, and haven’t received any service worth noting.
Our customers and clients have been using the Avast Free product for now until we can get the Avast Reseller branch to talk with us or approve the month old pending status.
We are a VAR that has a large client base that has many new clients that we would like to get credit for, but.
Avast Reseller branch has not been helpful and does not respond to our request to find out why they aren’t responding,s o we went to this forum for assistance.
We like the Avast product line, have been using and recommending the entire line for over 10+ years, it is a great brand with good people making great products.
