This is a common problem without solutions? Or is only a problem of mine?? Avast is working on my laptop??
I have this problem since the first v8 release and at least once on four times that i turn on my laptop, windows notify me that avast doesn’t work!!!
But avast seems to be operative!!!
P.s. The blurry characters in the statistics window? It’s normal?

hey you need to disable MSE before installing avast in windows 8.

installed avast internetsecurity after (!) disabling ms defender/firewall in January 2013… the win8 false positive (avast ISec. shows full protection and runs as usual) action center warning shows since yesterday.
