Avast ruined my windows profile

Hi; My laptop needed a new logic board so I replaced it. My drive was encrypted so I turned it off. I was running some maintenance before and as a last step, I decided to install AVAST Business CloudCare on my laptop. Windows restarted one last time and couldn’t find any user to boot up. I read before that Avast loves to damage user profiles but they can be restored vis Registry Editor. Not in my case because I can’t load that in as I have no other account on my machine. Laptop says there is no admin account on this unit so I’m pretty much doomed. I booted up an external Windows PE for checking what is going on but can’t find any registry info and didn’t help that I removed my password either.

Any idea?

Thanks
