It looks like many people are fed up with Avast, then.
Did you save your set-up logs? They can be found in the avast file location.
If you did let us know and we will be more than happy to contact the proper avast team member to look at them for you.
The set-up log can tell a lot if you know what you are looking for. An avast team member knows how to do that.
Right click the avast desktop icon>click “open file location”>scroll down to and right click “setup” and save to a location you can find it as needed.
It will be a text file.
