Avast Safe zone help for a numptie

I have AIS installed and have been registered for a year now and have a full subscription for two more. For computer numpties like me it’s been perfect

I recently renewed my subscription on this new computer but I can’t get Safezone to load, I can go back to the main screen but when closing down that area Windows tells me that Safezone has stopped working.

All updates have been loaded

Please could someone give me some advice?

Have you tried a repair of Avast

Go to Control Panel
Select add/remove or Programs and Features
Select Avast
An option will be given to conduct a repair
Select that

So Repair does occasionally actually fix something -great!

The repair function or a reboot actually fixes most problems.
