Avast SafeZone and Windows Magnifier

Hello Avast Team,

First of all, thanks a lot for providing such a nice antivirus for free.

I am trying out Avast Internet Security but I am encountering some issues when switching to SafeZone. Switching to SafeZone does not allow Windows Magnifier to work. I know that SafeZone creates an isolated environment so I would like to know whether it would be possible to have screen magnifiers to work in it in future.

Fort those who are not aware screen magnifiers are used by visually impaired people to use the PC properly and SafeZone is critical for anyone using online banking.

PS I am not aware as to whether screen magnifiers work with Bitdefender Safepay or Kaspersky virtual environment.

Hi,

I have no official answer yet. And I don’t know if it possible to make the Windows Magnifier working with SafeZone ( You can add it to SafeZone, but it doesn’t work ) or they have to design something new. I will ask again :slight_smile:

Got an answer from the Developer :

SafeZone will be totally removed/redesigned in R3, so it would be best to retest Magnifier in R3 version again; it's possible it will work there.

Version R3 is planned for June this year :slight_smile:

Yes thanks, I added Magnifier to SafeZone but it is not working…

Also I installed IS but safezne non works

Intel I5 - Ram 8gb - W7 64 bit.
