Avast SafeZone Browser Not Loading Pages

Whenever I try to use the Avast SafeZone browser, nothing I type into the browser loads anything. I have tried going to various websites as well as just the internal browser settings pages. It acts like it isn’t even trying to load the pages. No load time. Just an instant flash like the page is resetting.

I have tried resetting SafeZone, uninstalling and reinstalling Avast Internet Security, and restarting the machine several times.

Anyone have any ideas? I can’t take screenshots of the issue since SafeZone prevents PRNTSCRN captures. I took photos using my cellphone, see attached.

What OS?
And what other security programs do you have installed on this OS?

Windows 7 64bit Ultimate
Other programs are Malwarebytes and Windows Firewall (i dont use the avast firewall).

Do you use Malwarebytes Premium ?

don’t use malwarebytes, also using windows 7 64bit
