I spent extra for Avast safezone, and it seems EVERY SINGLE TIME I want to use it, it won’t open. To get it to work, I have to go through this long process using Tweaking repairs and rebooting my computer, just for it not to work the next time.

What exact avast version ?
Any other security related software installed ?
Is the avast installation a clean installation or a update from a previous version ?
