Hi, I use a Toshiba laptop and recently upgrade it to Window 10 from Window 7. I think since then, I have been unable yo use Avast SafeZone, though I have tried uninstall then install it several times. Whenever I click on the button “Switch Now” to SafeZone, it leads me to the Avast Webpage. When I try to click SafeZone in the Acast Premier Interface, nothing appears.
I don’t know if anything wrong with my laptop (it’s 6 years old) or it is no longer compatible with Avast? Please help. Thanks
When removing avast, did you use aswclear ?
