Can someone provide an e-mail address to someone that can help with the purchase of Avast? We have a choice to purchase numerous other software packages and wish to resolve the no response issue at Avast Sales. Thanks in advance.

Did you try a different email to the one you nave been using as the only reason I can think of is one of email blocking.

I have received ‘read request replies’ to all e-mail that I have sent to sales, but no followup action. Based on that, e-mail is not being blocked.

It seems our sales team are, indeed, replying, but you’re not getting the responses. In direct response to this and your other post on the forums, one of our sales and support specialist tried to reply, with the latest discount coupon, again.
If you didn’t get it, please post back here and we’ll work something else out.
Please check your spam or “bulk” email folder. Do Excite (your email provider) have a strange or crazy click-through spam guard in place?

Well I’m glad that you finally got the response, I tried an email to sales after my last post basically to confirm that I would get a response (remember I’m just an avast user) and to give the links to both your topics.
I got my response from sales when I downloaded my email and happy to see the response here on the forums, so as they say there could be something weird going on with a filter.
Frank, not all Alwil team has access to your forum email address. Maybe only the Moderators of the board. So, it will be good to establish another or direct contact way.
