avast! sandbox folder

This is the second time you have stated you will stop engaging in this thread, only to engage on the very next reply.

To answer your question: I don’t know. I’m just trying to narrow things down and see if this is normal, appearing randomly like this. I’m running a MalwareBytes scan without Avast installed, but I thought asking if others have the same folder in the same location was a fair question to ask.

If you’re simply just trying to teach me some sort of lesson by not answering the question I ask, then please take your own advice and stop engaging in this thread. You’re wasting my time and yours at this point.

Final time - if you are trying to piss me of you can say you have achieved that.

From what you have done in this regard, you clearly haven’t got a clue.

Please stop deleting my responses.

Yes

Either it appeared all of a sudden or I never noticed it, but I got the same folder in my root C: directory. Strangly the latest modification as per Windows explorer is August 22, with the deeper folders even older. Inside I have folders named pip and numpy, so it may be connected to Pythons package manager. The folder resists deletion. Which I mean is fine if its a working folder but a) Avast creates those whereever it pleases; b) I un/ reinstalled Avast this year, so why is there more than one year old folder still on my hardrive?
