Avast sandbox is not...boxing?

hello there, i have used Avast sandbox for some time now and have firefox sand-boxed at all times (well i remove it when an update needs to be applied) and for some reason all of a sudden despite the fact that the @ are in ff’s title it is not being sand-boxed, i found this out when i realized firefox had the ability to save files anywhere it wanted and they would actually show up. normally i could only save in “/users/LordKitsuna/downloads” trying to save in any other spot would cause firefox to crash, but all of a sudden i can save to my desktop, pictures folder, falshdrives etc.

Not a huge problem but somewhat bothersome since it kind of defeats the purpose of the sandbox

I remember that we had to add the FF’s “content” folder to the Virtualized processes.

I also remember several cases where Sandbox was working, but the red box did NOT show.

Last, if the browser was started out of the Sandbox and was running, the second instance would not be virtualized.

well restarting my computer made the sandbox work again, only now my entire computer crashes if firefox tries to save anywhere else instead of just firefox. but thats fine since i never really try to save anywhere else, i will most likely submit it as a bug when i have some free time.

This problem was already posted by me last year.
pk, which is the guy behind the sandbox, said it will be corrected in avast 7.
The problem occurred with any browser.
