avast sandbox

Hi - any help much appreciated. Just paid £15 for two Avast sandbox programmes specifically to be able to run my google chrome browser in the sandbox. But when I right click on the chrome browser 'button and select ‘run in sandbox’ google wont open??

any thoughts, ideas. regards Malcolm Furneaux

avast doesn’t sell the sandbox function seperatly and there is no avast product that is costing £15
