Avast! saves my PC again-Grandpa has been hijacked.

My grandpa has been hijacked…and his hotmail account is sending out Malware/spam/scam…avast network shield blocked the link in the e-mail

Isn’t the Network Shield to detect/block Worms?

I’d recommend changing his password, include numerical characters.
