Thanks guys…yea i never got a response. I did however reopen the support tool and have a few files there. attached is my log. Notice those errors? is this some of my issue or did I just get a virus or something.

The support tool was hard to locate…i had to kinda type around the “can we help” section to see how to generate a ticket. anyway let me know if this helps anybody.

on a side note…since my reboot and reinstall of avast i now have 2 “devices” on my dashboard at the avast side. one with a red shield…one with a green shield.
