Avast says the threat has been secured

every night my edge browser (only edge not chrome) goes to this web page

Avast says the threat has been secured and on the following day some thing happens.

Can I block this web page completely? Is there anything else i could try?

Clear your browser search history cache ....

I did clear my browser history on edge and as usual had the same problem tonight

even though avast says “threat secured” it happens every night at 18 mins past midnight.
