Avast scammed me

I have chosen to try the Avast VPN product, 5 days before the free period was going to end I went to their website and cancelled the subscription.
Today, I was charged full price for the product, which in my country is almost as much as the minimal wage, and my family and I are struggling to survive with the corona virus crisis.

I am here to request a full refund on that product, and to have an official answer from the Avast team, I am prepared to sue Avast for this should such outrageous action does not get undone.

I have already requested a refund, but so far, I’ve had no response.

Be patient, a refund can take up to 7 business days. Note, don’t submit multiple tickets (FIFO).

How did they scam you ?
For what products ?

Submitting multiple request can slow the process as they are handled in a First In First Out (FiFo) order.

I am having a similar problem, but the major problem is that I can find no phone number to ask about what appears to be a bogus change. Therefore I have stopped payment! It may not be Avast, but my credit card company says it is a charge from an antivirus company, and Avast is my only AV!
