Which one .exe file is the scan engine of avast?

Some programs request that to scan the incoming files.

I wouldn’t call it the “scan engine”, but you are probably looking for the ashQuick.exe file.

i think it should be this one: ashQuick.exe
usually in that folder: C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\ashQuick.exe
