Avast screwed up during installation, making me suffer for their mistake!

I tried installing the Avast Anti-theft rooted version from Google Play. It said it was done installing, but I cannot access the application or the application dashboard at all!

Since it has proven to be useless, I wish to get rid of it, I was told about an anti-theft removal wizard, but no instructions on where to find such a wizard

Reinstalled the app after deleting the apk. Fixed

There is no such thing. avast mobile will work on any supported system. avast anti theft will work on a rooted phone that runs Android, not on IOS, Windows phone and others.

Ask the one who told you about it or use a search engine to find it.
