Wenn ich secure://settings/diagnosticInfo eingebe, komme ich nicht zu den Diagnostic Informations.
Was kann ich tun??

Hi @Dave93 ,

could you please check inside the following directory C:\Program Files (x86)\AVAST Software\Browser\Update\ whether there is a folder called Download with an executable called AvastBrowserInstallerIncremental.exe? If yes, could you please share a screenshot of the folders and files you have inside the /Update directory?

if you cannot access it directly, please go to Settings, About page → Diagnostic information.

In settings ->diagnostice information I had only ’ No informations found’

meanwhile I reinstalled it and it worked.
But the 2 nd day I had the notification of the need to reinstall it.

I tried also to delete the secure browser with a date Jan 13 2025 but it was not able.

Hope you can help me.

Not only it cannot update, but since several days ago the browser went down hill. It does not display properly, it freezes, it is not stable, especially on Facebook. Whatever update was done from about a week ago ruined the browser. It is totally unreliable now, even after downloading the latest version 30 minutes ago.
It was doing great last month, why mess with it???

That link is for Avast one, where is the similar one for Avast Secure Browser?

As I have said I don’t use ASB, but as far as I’m aware it is independent of the type of Avast antivirus program you have installed as ASB isn’t a part of the AV.

The sub forum group just says “Avast Secure Browser for Windows” and not for a particular version of Avast.

What makes you think that, e.g. what error/problem are you getting ?
A screenshot or the error that makes you think that may help
