Avast secure line problem ?

Hi all,

Hi I’m new to this forum but am a very experienced forum user…

I have a Note 4 Samsung device that I have put Avast on and am very happy with it,but recently something happened and I cant activate the secure line facility.
When I tap to activate the on/off icon top right does not work ?
The secure line thing used to work but has stopped,I reinstalled it but now can’t activate it and I am having similar troubles with the password protect facility as in I can’t turn it on as the button icon doesn’t work.
This function used to work perfectly.

Thanks for the reply but I cannot turn the system on to even try and make a connection ?
