I’ve had this program for a long time and I am SICK of it continuously disconnecting. Go through the threads and this problem has been going on for years with no concrete resolution. I’ve written to customer service numerous times about it and all I get back “try this, try that” almost to the point of disassembling my computer to resolve the problem. I DO NOT recccomend this program to anyone. waste of money! You would think that after years of customer complaints about this issue AVAST would have fixed it by now instead of throwing out band aide non-solutions that don’t work.
I’m not going to say try this or try that.
I’ll just state, I also have had Paid version of Avast Secureline for ‘Years’ and have not had any problem staying connected
Not a disconnection issue here either. Avast VPN can/will disconnect when your main (home?) network disconnects from the internet. Could be ISP/modem connectivity issues.
