Hello I am trying to find out how to remove automatic payment on my secure line. I have been on for the last hour and a 1/2 looking on how to do this which should be simple. Please anyone can you help?
Take a look/review your “order confirmation email” you received when you purchase the license.
There should be information/links to your portal/account
I unchecked ‘auto renewal’ when I purchase my Licenses so I’ve not had to go looking for the option
