I bought a new license for Avast secure VPN for my laptop windows 10 to add of avast internet security packet.
The VPN software isn’t active,in the privacy section > secure VPN there is the message “Ops ! the secureline VPN has found a technical problem”, always in OFF.
I wrote two time at the customer support without response.
I hope that someone can help me.
I have exactly the same problem. The directions in Avast indicate uninstall and then reinstall the software so I uninstalled and now it is impossible to reinstall!
Guys, please, do not open more than one support ticket at the same time.
Keep in mind that support can take a few days to handle your situation. You guys have to be patient.
