The IP range assigned to Melbourne, Australia seems to always point to Czechoslovakia. I’m getting a lot of alerts lately from websites requesting me to confirm my recent logins. This is in when cases when the IP to location resolves to CZ instead of AU.
At one point, I traced one IP address and a record of someone from your AVAST CZ office attached to it. Perhaps “IP to Location” providers picked this record as the default country information until someone updates the IP addresses for them? Not sure if you guys could talk to your partner in Australia (Intergrid Pty Ltd) and solicit some suggestions?
It’s not really a major issue but it would be nice to get it fixed?
