Avast SecureLine VPN connects but no internet access on Windows 11 (Ethernet)

Hello,

I’m using Windows 11 with a wired (Ethernet) connection. I recently purchased Avast SecureLine VPN.
The VPN connects successfully and shows “Connected”. I can select any country without errors.

However, after the VPN is connected, no websites load at all (no internet access).
As soon as I disconnect the VPN, internet works normally again.

Things I’ve checked:

  • Internet works fine without VPN

  • Issue happens with all VPN locations

  • Connection type: Ethernet (not Wi-Fi)

Is this a known issue on Windows 11, or related to Ethernet / firewall / DNS settings?
Any help would be appreciated.
