Avast SecureLine VPN dropping internet constantly

I cannot stay connected to the internet for more than about 20 mins at a time. Many times I have to go through a network troubleshooting process before my available connections populate in order to reconnect. It only happens on my home network too. Works fine everywhere else. It’s driving me nuts since I work from home! Help!

What service provider is in use at home? Router reset?
