avast securine line disconnect

hello

i have purchased one year of licence on avast vpn secure line
after a few hours, my avast vpn secure line is disconnected and lost connection
i have trying to connect to another location but the problem is the same :cry:
i use windows 7 service pack one
can people help me please ???

could you please open a support ticket and share your log information?

You can get the log by going to Computer, Program Data, Avast Software, Avast, Log. In the Log folder you can find the secureline.txt file.

Or you can send it to me as well and I will pass to support and Devs to troubleshoot.
