Avast security "device is accessible from the internet" message

Can someone tell me what to do with this?
Also I cannot find a “close port” option on my cisco router anyway.
Any ideas?

When I run a network scan using avast premium security I get a red warning saying: “device (INTEL) is accessible from the internet”

That is the port your ISP is using to access your router.
Installing the firmware direct from the manufacturer can solve it.
