Avast Security Premium

I bought Avast Security Premium and was written on the support page that after buying it, all other products would come. So, I bought it and then bought Security VPN for 10 devices, it happens that I can’t access all products, whenever I try to access some, it appears to buy it. Also appears the window to start the free test, but for that I must enter the card number. Does anyone know what may be happening?

It is not clear what the issue is based on your description. Our system shows that you have subscriptions for Avast SecureLine VPN (10 devices) and Avast Premium Security for Windows (1 device)
