I have the free anti virus on numerous pcs and never had a problem. I decided to try out the Suite and every time I try to install,it just hangs at the firewall install point.The weird thing is,is I get a pop up telling me Bitdefender NDIS Miniport is trying to install? ???It has been years since I tried that out.Anyone know what is going on and what I need to do to fix it? I really want to try out the suite.I have cleaned all the files and still doesn’t install.
Bitdefender may not have been fully uninstalled. Please go here and download the bitdefender uninstall utility. Then run it and follow the instructions. http://kb.bitdefender.com/site/article/333/
Try ccleaner and repair your registry…
