Avast Security Ultimate won't update subscription on two android devices.

I have Avast Security Ultimate on 4 devices, I have paid for 10 devices and that expires in Sept. 2022. I installed Avast Security Ultimate onto my new tablet & new phone, but it says I’m subscribed under the same activation code but says expired in Sept. 2021. I try to update definitions and it says I have the latest updates for May 2021. I waited 18 hours, and the Avast website now says I’m active on 6 devices instead of 4, but the two new devices won’t update past the expired subscription that still works but won’t update.

I must be thinking it’s April 2022 for some reason. That captcha when I logged in here did ask me what year it was. I guess I’m good to go until September 2021.
