avast seem to never finishe scan

avast 4.7 and 4.8 seem to never finish scan in standard and detailled mode.
quick mode is ok.
seem to stay indefinitely in C:\Program Files\Zone Labs\ZoneAlarm

i use win xp

If you open Standard Shield settings, can you define in which file specifically it stays?
Or better, try to look into the \Data\Report\Simple User Interface.txt report file (if you set “OK files” to be included in the report). This way, you can find out where the scan really stopped (it’s going to be close to the end of the report).
