Avast Service will not start - Access is denied

I have Avast Pro on a Windows 7 PC and the 2 Avast services will no longer start i get a Services-Access is Denied window when i try to enable them.

Make sure you have the latest version installed.

If you have, perform a repair of avast.
If that doesn’t solve if perform a clean installation.

Ok i did a repair of Avast and now the Avast Antivirus service starts but the AvastVbox COM Service will still not start.
