as the subject said, Avast suddenly detected the setup infected with win32:tenga. It even moved the setup file which i just downloaded to the chest. any suggestion here?
This could be a false positive, but you could be infected with a classic appending file infector. This virus is very destructive, but not polymorphic. So, it maybe wise to back up your personal files before disinfection (Format and Reinstall). Disinfecting your system files from Win32:Tenga with Avast 5 or Dr. Web CureIt Live CD maybe possible.
Win32:Tenga is a classic appending virus that infects only EXE files.
