I changed it from the default one that was quite difficult to remember (since it was a combination of letters and numbers, some uppercase, some lowercase).
And how often do you need to remeber it? Do you add new computers / device evry day?

If not you do not need to remeber it, write it down
The idea with long passwords is that the longer it is the more difficult it is to crack
