Avast shutting down 2 Shields after virus base update

Hi,
I’m use Avast Free AntiVirus and have a problem
Avast shutting down 2 Shields after virus base update
this is random but when checking Avast status when 2 shields is off and checking latest update time is current or 5 min ago
Im try:
Clear reinstal.
Use repair function.

  • Other security related software installed…?
  • Which AV(s) did you use before Avast…?

  1. Avast Free Antivirus from 11.02.2021 9:30 version 21.1.2449 - compilation: 21.1.5968.643
  2. The problem starts when I had only Avast, but current Malwarebytes temporary.
  3. I use only Avast, I uninstalled preinstalled on laptop McAfee and installed avast.

First, be sure to get rid of all remnants of any prior installed AV(s)…!!
→ https://support.avast.com/article/11/

Then:

  1. Download Avast Free Antivirus: https://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_free_antivirus_setup_offline.exe
  2. Follow instructions: https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed Avast versions…!!)
  3. Reinstall Avast with the downloaded installer from point 1.
  4. Reboot.

I tried this way to reinstall Avast and this method does not solve my problem.
I tried too run testing time in Avast Pro Security and this method too does not solve my problem.

Is any option to Windows or Avast compilation have a bug and how this solve?

  1. Enable debug logging (Menu > Settings > General > Troubleshooting > Enable debug logging) and reproduce the issue.

I solved problem, installed avast beta 21.2.6057.644.
From similar problem post .

I Think build 21.1.5968.643 is buged on some devices.

I use:
Dell 15 7000series
I7-7700HQ
Windows 10 Home 19042.867

Now all works fine Thank you.
