I’m using Avast without problems on my Windows 10 installation, but it apparently was making it difficult for my spouse to load image-rich sites like Amazon and Facebook on her new Windows 11 computer. The evidence is that once I removed Avast, the problem disappeared. As of this week, I’ll be using the exact same model and will not install Avast unless I get some assurances that I won’t encounter the same difficulties.
I wonder if this is related to other reports of difficulties with Amazon and Facebook e.g. Avast block facebook from opening - #15 by prokopes_
Which Avast Product are you using on your Win11 computer?
Which web browser or browsers are suffering this issue on that machine?
Note I am not an Avast Team member, just another user.
