Avast slows down internet and opens websites halfway.

Hi,
Avast internet Security slows down internet when i try download files or upgrade applications(steam, origin e.t.c) to op speed 1kb/s. Most of websites open in halfway( only text, no images). When i use Avast free everything works normal. I do not know what causes this problem.

What operating system and what version of Avast Internet Security and/or Avast Free?

Do you have Avast Firewall installed and have you disabled the Windows Firewall?

Windows 10 64-bit. I have latest version of avast internet security and avast free. Windows firewall is disabled and i have avast firewall.
