Avast Slows Poppeeprs Gmail Downloads Of E Mails

I use Poppeeper for e mail notification. Whenever I start computer it downloads all e mails. Ever since I downloaded Avast Pro it takes forever to download. One account for gmail actually closed the gmail account for 24 hours due to excessive activity. I have a laptop same poppeeper config and no problems. What is Avast doing? I can not use poppeeper.

Thanks for that link. Turns out to be an error with poppeeper.
You can delete or marked solved. Not due to Avast!

Have you tried setting the POP Peeper Options to ‘Check mail after delay - when POP Peeper starts’.
