avast! Small Office Administration Program not updating

Hi,

We have installed Avast in our network. But the avast endpoint client aren’t updateing automaticly. Program version won’t update. I have tryd to make a new role and update all client, without succes. i even tryd to update it by group. You can set updates to automaticly or manual. I put it on automaticly with a time to check for update each 5 min. Even this isn’t working.

How can i fix this?

Hello Erwin!

I don’t think the program will update automatically. When a new version of the program is issued, you will need to PUSH it to your clients using Jobs => Deploy within the console.

The Virus Definition updates SHOULD update automatically in the background.
